I've been cooking and baking since I was fifteen years old, and my early love for cooking came from my mother. Eating a healthy family meal has always been important to me. I decided to become a vegetarian at the age of 25. I would try to come up with a meal; the whole family would eat that did not include meat. Slowly I started experimenting with different types of meat replacements such as beans and legumes, soy, and tofu. It came naturally to me.

Eating vegan doesn't have to be boring. It is the most exciting way to eat! Fresh and organically grown plant-based foods are among nature's most healthful and delicious gifts. But when I researched the ingredients in Industrial Meat substitutes available in markets, I was amazed at what I found, lots of preservatives and strange chemicals. I decided I would rather cook my vegan burgers than eat those. That's how Mirakle Burger was born.
